Refund policy
To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, an unboxing video is mandatory for any return or
damage-related claim.
For a valid return request:
• The unboxing video must begin with a full 360° view of the sealed parcel.
• The video must be continuous, with no cuts, edits, filters, or pauses.
• The product must be shown clearly from the moment the seal is opened till the item is fully
revealed.
• Please ensure the parcel is returned within 7 days. We’re unable to accept returns beyond
this timeframe.
• Without the video, no return, exchange, or complaint can be accepted.
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
• Products damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return or refund.
• If approved, returned items must be sent back in their original condition, including the box
and all packaging materials.
• Once the product is received and inspected, please allow 3 business days for refunds to
reflect in your bank account.
