Shipping policy

Once your order is dispatched, an email containing your tracking ID and link will be sent.
Domestic Shipping
• All orders within India are generally delivered within 3–10 days, depending on location.

Delivery times may extend due to weather, holidays, or logistical delays.
Customer Responsibility

• Please ensure your address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate.
• Make sure to answer calls from the delivery executive.
• If your parcel is returned due to incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, you will need
to pay shipping charges again for re-dispatch.There will be no refunds if the parcel is
returned for avoidable reasons.
Unboxing Video Requirement
For any complaint, especially regarding damage:
Without a proper unboxing video, the complaint will be declined.
This is non-negotiable.
International Shipping
• Starts at ₹600 and varies depending on weight and country.
• International orders are taken through Instagram DM or WhatsApp.
• Customs duties, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility.
Local Deliveries (Jaipur)
• Road delivery available at ₹10 per km.
• Delivery within 1–3 days or same-day delivery for special requests.
